Our policy is geared towards developing and improving local indigenous capacity building in the Nigerian oil and gas industry with a view to enabling Nigerians take active participation in order to improve the growth and development of the Nigerian economy.
Linefountain’s Local Content Policy is to recruit suitably qualified Nigerians with emphasis on the Niger Delta Region in all operations where requisite resources   are   available   locally   without   compromise   to   quality, technical integrity and operational effectiveness. The entire work force presently consists of 100% Nigerians.
Linefountain company Ltd policy statement for local content Implementation is;

1. To establish optimum degree of Nigerian content without compromising its objectives of operational effectiveness.

2. To Train inspectors, maintenance supervisors ,  managers and other  staff  during  execution  of  projects,  so  that  future  projects could attain higher levels of Nigerians participation & improvement.

3. To expose our staff to new technologies through on the job or overseas training to be applied in the oil and gas industry.

4. Ensure that expatriate technical partners are disposed to working harmoniously with locals and sub-contractors through cultural education initiatives to embrace transfer of technology and to reap all rewards that mutual understanding and respect bestow.

Linefountain company Ltd. focuses on training the work force as a trained worker is an invaluable asset; hence employees are encouraged to take full advantage of this gesture to developing and improving on their knowledge and safety awareness. The level of training depends on the type of task and level of supervision required. This is aimed at acquainting the worker with the work processes, necessary skills and behavioral attitude requirement.

Linefountain company Ltd is committed to providing quality engineering consulting services to our valued clients. We will strive to be exemplary leaders in the engineering consulting and services field by the application of environmentally responsible solutions and technologies, and by conducting our own business in accord with high standards of environmental responsibility.
Specifically:

1.  We will, in the conduct of our work, comply with all applicable federal, state or local government applicable environmental laws, regulations, guidelines and codes of good practices.
2. We will employ and use qualified and properly trained professionals and technical staff for the conduct of our work.
3. We will ensure  use  of  both  established  and  innovative  engineering management techniques and approaches.
4. We will consider the environmental impacts of our actions, facilities and operations and will seek to minimize them.
5. We will support awareness of environmental factors and impacts by the professional growth of our staff through training and educational programs.
6. We will implement a quality management program for all environmental, health and safety aspects of our work.
7. We will review, evaluate and manage work-related risks to the environment and to human health for both our employees and client.
8.  We will report annually to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, who will assess our performance with regard to these environmental policies.

 

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) POLICY.
